How to Enhance Dyeing Effects?
1.Ensure proper ink concentration – Maintain sufficient sublimation ink density to guarantee vibrant, pure colors and avoid issues like grayish tones or weak color reproduction.
2.Use high-quality transfer paper – Select paper with even dye release rates to ensure complete, sharp pattern transfer onto fabrics.
3.Precisely control temperature and time – Excessive heat/duration cause bleeding, while insufficient settings lead to poor adhesion. Strict parameter control is critical.
4.Apply a sublimation coating – The substrate surface (board/fabric) requires specialized coating to enhance dye absorption, improving color accuracy, detail reproduction, and image realism.

→ Print the image to be transferred (sublimation ink only)
→ Print the image in mirror mode on sublimation paper
→Place the T-shirt flat on the heat press machine. Position the printed transfer paper on the desired area of the T-shirt (pattern side down) for heat transfer.
→Heat to 330°F (165°C) before lowering the press plate. Transfer time: approximately 45 seconds.
