UV and solvent inks each have distinct advantages, disadvantages, and application scenarios in digital inkjet printing.
UV inks require no drying, shortening delivery time.
(1)Contains no volatile organic solvents — safe and eco-friendly.
(2)Cures instantly under UV light, eliminating need for drying equipment and boosting production efficiency.
(3)Compatible with diverse substrates — including non-absorbent metals, glass, and ceramics — and supports white ink for embossed effects.
However, UV inks also have drawbacks. Their raw materials and equipment costs are relatively high, and they require good ventilation to handle the trace amounts of ozone generated during the curing process.
Aobozi solvent-based inks deliver excellent weather resistance and vibrant color reproduction.
(1)Eco-friendly with low VOCs, eliminating the need for workshop ventilation.
(2) Delivers high printing precision, vivid realism, and outdoor durability—ideal for vehicle wraps and lightbox fabrics.
Aobozi eco solvent ink features German-imported filtration for sub-1µm pigment particles—ensuring smooth, clog-free printing. It meets Energy Star certification, has a closed-cup flash point >65°C, and oral LD50 (rat) >3000 mg/kg: safe and non-toxic.
Compatible with Mimaki JV3 and Roland VersaArt RS-640, it delivers stable performance from −20°C to 50°C and >92% color saturation—ideal for cost-effective outdoor printing.
